The ultimate goal is to find balance and peace in all areas of our life. It is a journey...there is no doubt about it...but for me it is the most amazing journey back to self-love and the understanding of who we truly are.



I have spent more than a decade using food, plants, movement and mindfulness practices to support myself. What I have learnt is we are all unique and there is no one right way.  We are like the ocean, we are constantly in flow, changing from day to day, week to week, month to month, season to season and at different transitions in our lives.

As a partner in your journey I will focus on guiding you to create small but powerful steps to achieve your goals. I will share all that I know on health and well being using my tools as a Qualified Integrative Health Coach, Fitness Coach, Yoga Teacher, Zenthai Shiatsu bodywork and my natural curious and intuitive nature.




You can pick my brains on nutritional awareness, exercise tips, meditation practices, goal setting and self-care so that you can create your own toolbox of skills and knowledge to keep you expanding in all directions of your life. But we will mostly be focusing on you being able to tune into the wisdom of what your body is telling you it needs and taking the steps to implement those changes.  You will need to be willing and curious and you will need to start to listen to yourself.


Health is more than what you are eating (although this is super important and not as complicated as you think), it is about EVERYTHING else in your life as well, and when we start to bring balance and attention into all areas of our lives, health happens.

The most precious gift we can offer others is our presence. When mindfulness embraces those we love, they will bloom like flowers -Thich Nhat Hanh
