A 5 week journey into Compassion, Presence &

JOY

This 5 week journey is an invitation to meet your body in possibly a new and playful way. To learn from your body by listening to it and to befriend your body by exploring its language through elements of breathwork, yoga, meditation and intuitive movement so that we can deepen into physical embodiment and compassionate presence.

​

This is a soft and gentle exploration over 6 evenings (two in the 5th week).
Each week we will work with our bodies through the 6 elements of Earth, Water, Fire, Air, Spirit and ending with Soul (or our deepest essence) and a Cacao Ceremony.

This is a feminine way of practicing but that does not mean that it is only available for women.  This workshop is inspire you to:

Smooth out your nervous system

Awaken energy and sensation

Connect you to your bodily wisdom

AND is open to all curious people and all abilities.

Hi my name is Jody and my passion is bringing light to all that is dark or hidden within us so that we can deepen our relationship to ourselves and life and to live through a lens of joy and freedom. Of course this has been and is also my own personal journey.

My experience and background is in Health Mentoring, Zenthai Shiatsu Bodywork, Women's Circles, Teaching Yoga and most recently (and currently) studying Somatic Therapy.

I am S U P E R excited to bring you this workshop and to open the doorway to experiencing life with more presence, compassion and joy.

Cost workshop is $100 or drop in $20 a class. (Although, this is meant to be a accumulative experience of building trust and presence over the 6 sessions and you will get the most out of it by doing the whole journey xxxxxx )
